Please note that the Hall is now closed until Spring 2025 while renovations take place as part of the Guildhall Renewal Project 2023-25.

With a capacity of up to 500 the Guildhall is available and suitable for a wide range of live events, weddings, corporate events, markets and fairs. There are also smaller rooms available including council chamber, mayors parlour and committee room.
The Guildhall ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
Facilities include a full serviced commercial kitchen, bar area and dressing rooms are available to all.
