1. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
2. Entry Requirements
- To enter, participants must sign up for the St Ives Guildhall newsletter on or before Sunday 27th April.
- Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
3. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place on Monday 28th April, and winners will be contacted via the email provided during signup.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be chosen.
4. Prize Details
- One (1) will receive four (4) Weekend Sunset Sessions tickets.
- The tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the festival is cancelled or postponed, St Ives Guildhall is not responsible for compensation.
5. Privacy & Data Use
- By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from St Ives Guildhall.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be shared as necessary with St Ives Food Festival in order to issue the tickets.
- Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
6. General Conditions
- St Ives Guildhall reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
- Any attempts to manipulate the giveaway will result in disqualification.
- By entering, participants agree to these terms and any decisions made by St Ives Guildhall, which are final.
- This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
- Please be cautious of fake accounts. If you are added, followed or contacted by any other account about this competition, please block and report.
- The Prize is non-transferrable, no cash alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Prize is only valid at St Ives Food & Drink Festival 2025 (May 16-18th).
- If due to unforeseen reasons St Ives Food & Drink Festival reserves the right to replace the prize for an equal or greater value.
- The winner will be selected at random by St Ives Guildhall and the winner’s name and email address will be shared with St Ives Food & Drink Festival to issue the tickets.
